DAY 4 OF THE IDITAROD
At 4PM Alaska time the top mushers into HUSLIA:

DALLAS SEAVEY IS 12th . He has taken his 24 hour layover
ALIY ZIRKLE is on her way to HUSLIA after taking her 24 hour rest
DEEDEE JONROWE is in 45th position
MARTIN BUSER IS IN 24th place after taking his 24 hour
ELLEN HALVERSEN is now in last place and still in RUBY (10 others in RUBY)
It took ELLEN 34 hours from TANANA to RUBY a distance of 119 miles--most of
the others take 8-9 hours.
On a sad note: SETH BARNES dog, Deacon, died just outside of GALENA. Don't know anymore.
