JEREMY KELLER scratched at NIKOLAI due to current events. He made the difficult decision to be home with his friends and family during this stressful time. He is taking his team back to WILLOW.
They will follow his GPS so they can keep track of him back to WILLOW for his safety.
****POSTPONED EVENTS IN NOME:
The Center of Disease Control and Prevention and WHO in response to the COVID-19 decided to
postpone both the MEET THE MUSHERS event and the AWARDS BANQUET in NOME.
Two others that scratched --
NILS HAHN from NOME scratched in MCGRATH in the best interest of his dogs.
ALAN EISEHENS of WASILLA scratched in the best interest of his team
Vets taking dogs urine samples in MCGRATH. Checking for any drug use.
